How to change your contact details
Let us know if you change address, get new banking details or a new phone number
Self serve with APS Online
Here’s what you need to do to change your details using APS Online:
1. Login to APS Online. You’ll need your Member Number as your Client Login
2. Select My Preferences
3. Select Update Contact Details
4. Select Address Details (if changing your address)
5. Select Contact Details (if changing your telephone or email address)
6. Click Update
All done! You’re details have now been updated in APS Online.
