A message from the CEO

We hope you and your loved ones are well. These are unprecedented times and we want you, our members and clients, to know that we are here if you need us. If you find yourself in difficulty and you want to discuss how we can help you through this crisis, please call us on 1300 131 809. We are here to help.

The well-being and safety of our employees, members and clients is paramount, and in this regard we have made the following changes to our operations: Our Financial planning, Tax, Accounting, Property lending and Wills and Estate Planning teams are all working from home. Appointments are generally being held either over the phone or via Skype. Please call us if we can assist.

Some of our customer service team are working from home, whilst others are working either partially from home and/or from our office (please now refer to the Update listed above). We do not expect any interruption to the high level of service we provide to you, our members and clients, but we thank you in advance for your understanding.

We will continue to make changes to our operations to ensure our team, our members and our clients are all safe and well, whilst also ensuring you receive the level of service you deserve.
